Hello All! I hope you had a great weekend! The weather was sunny and hot here, which makes me a very happy girl! I thought it would be a good time to begin the
GM cleanse, with bathing suit time here, I really need to get my act together! I'm only on day two and it is hard! Have you done this cleanse before? Do you have a favorite one you like? I'd love any feedback on your experience. It's not going to be an easy week, but I'm hoping for positive results not only in weight loss but in kick starting me back to healthy eating. Are you a cleanse believer or not, I've heard mixed reviews. Hoping I can stick it out!..... I'll keep you posted....... Wish me luck!
