With a healthy dose of fruits and veggies, in a yummy smoothie! I've been trying to make one every morning. This way I don't feel so bad if I don't have that salad and go for the carbs later in the day.
My favorite ingredients to use~
frozen mixed berries
frozen Kale
4-5 ice cubes
1/2 small banana
almond milk
handful spinach
teaspoon flaxseed
& some days, a scoop vanilla protein powder
