Color = Happy

I had a quick getaway last week to perfect mid 80's weather, sand and blue skies.  I find nothing like the warm sun to recharge you.  With the colorful surroundings, flowers blooming, I can't help but dream and crave more color in my life.  Simple changes to my décor is sometimes all it takes.  So I added cheery bright yellow flowers to my home, did some rearranging and I already feel the happy benefits.  What helps you recharge?!

Snow Day

Nothing like an unexpected day off!  With all the snow, my company was closed yesterday and my long "To Do" list was is full swing.  The much needed laundry, cleaning and ironing was at the top and then some fun and R&R....

1.  I'm a soup lover especially in the cold winter, I planned on making this, Good Greens Soup, unfortunately the day got the best of me but I can't wait to try it!!

2. I finally started packing for an up coming trip to the warmth, I can't tell you how much I'm needing the sun and this cover up, may need to come with me.

3.  I had my first cup of hot coco while visiting a friend, it was so delicious!

4. Mag catch up!
